Clean Label Conference

The Protein Brewery’s Director New Business Development, Deb Anderson will speak at the 2022 Clean Label Conference. It is the industry’s only product development event dedicated to providing practical, impartial, “how-to” formulation advice to R&D and applied food scientists. Information will help product developers meet new product goals such as foods with simplified ingredient labels and that are plant-based and reduced in sugar and salt. It will take place May 24-25 in Itasca, Illinois.
