Our flagship product, Fermotein®, is a groundbreaking ingredient derived from fungi—naturally rich in protein, fiber, and essential nutrients, with a neutral taste and aroma. It’s designed for versatility, from bakery goods and dairy alternatives to sports nutrition.
With our team in Breda, we are constantly working to improve our ingredient and explore how to best use Fermotein® in tasty and nutritious products. Our Product Application team develops food concepts and applications to showcase Fermotein® to customers all over the world.

What You’ll Do
Join our Application Team and help shape the future of food! As an intern, you will:

Develop delicious, nutritious products using Fermotein® in our lab and test kitchen.

Create new concepts and turn them into compelling customer presentations.

Support trade show and event applications

Work on a specific product category (e.g., sports nutrition, meal replacements, breakfast items, beverages).

Collaborate on testing and improving applications to inspire our commercial team and our customers.

Perform and analyse sensory evaluations.

Record results in reports and presentations.
What You Bring
-
You are following a Bachelor’s or Master’s study in a relevant field such as Food Technology or Life Sciences.

You are creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about sustainable, healthy food.

You are Accurate and quality oriented.
-
You have good communication skills, English is an advantage.

You are able to work on-site in Breda (just 5 minutes by bike from the station).
